AI Auto Broker is a vehicle matching, deal evaluation, and appointment-setting service. We use technology to help customers and clients find vehicles that match their preferences, evaluate potential deals, estimate payments, and connect with dealerships in their area. Our Service is provided to customers at no cost.
Important Notice
AI Auto Broker is not a licensed auto broker, auto dealer, lender, or financial advisor. We do not negotiate vehicle prices on your behalf, handle purchase funds or deposits, execute or facilitate purchase agreements, arrange financing, or participate in the sale transaction between you and a dealership. The vehicle purchase transaction is conducted entirely between you and the dealership. We are a lead generation and appointment-setting service only.
Certain features of the Service require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update that information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
When you submit your contact information through our Service — including but not limited to completing a vehicle evaluation, locking a deal, submitting a dealer inquiry, or filling out a contact form — you expressly consent to be contacted by AI Auto Broker and our partner dealerships by phone, text message, and email regarding your vehicle search and related services. You understand that your information will be shared with relevant dealerships to fulfill your request. All vehicle prices, payment estimates, lease calculations, trade-in values, incentive information, and other financial figures displayed on our Site are estimates for informational purposes only. Actual vehicle prices, availability, financing terms, lease terms, trade-in values, and incentives are determined solely by the dealership and may differ significantly from the estimates shown on our Site. We do not guarantee any specific price, savings amount, vehicle availability, financing approval, or deal terms. Market conditions, dealer inventory, manufacturer incentives, and individual credit profiles all affect final pricing and terms.
AI Auto Broker connects customers and clients with independent, third-party dealerships. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the actions, representations, products, services, or conduct of any dealership. Your transaction with a dealership is an independent agreement between you and that dealership. Any disputes regarding a vehicle purchase, trade-in, financing, or other dealership services must be resolved directly with the dealership. AI Auto Broker is not a party to any transaction between you and a dealership.
Our Service uses artificial intelligence and automated tools to generate vehicle evaluations, deal scores, payment estimates, market analysis, and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional financial, legal, or automotive advice. AI-generated evaluations are based on available data and algorithms that may not account for all relevant factors. You should independently verify all information and consult with qualified professionals before making purchasing or financial decisions.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT, VEHICLE INFORMATION, PRICING DATA, OR AI-GENERATED EVALUATIONS PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, R-JEL LLC (D/B/A AI AUTO BROKER) AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO: (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY VEHICLE PURCHASE, LEASE, OR FINANCING TRANSACTION WITH A DEALERSHIP; (C) ANY INACCURACY IN VEHICLE PRICING, AVAILABILITY, OR EVALUATION DATA; (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA; OR (E) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (I) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (II) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless R-JEL LLC (d/b/a AI Auto Broker) and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any dispute between you and a dealership or other third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and R-JEL LLC (d/b/a AI Auto Broker) regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter herein.
